Enrollment Procedure
For New Students

1. Submit scanned copy of the following requirements to the school's email address: camenrollment@gmail.com

  • Report card from the previous two years

  • Recommendation Letter from the Principal, Adviser, and Guidance office from the previous school

  • Birth Certificate

  • Certificate of Good Moral

  • 2x2 ID Pictures

2. Grades will be assessed by the Principal.

3. If assessment passed, the Business Office will send a link to the parents in order to proceed in filling out the Online Enrollment form.

4. Upon completion of the Online Enrollment form, the tuition and registration fees schedule will be sent to the parents to choose their preferred schedule of payment: cash, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly.

5. Following the choice of Schedule of Payment, the Business Office will send the parents the school's account name and number for payment. Parents must deposit the payment to school's bank account and send the proof of payment via school's email address: camenrollment@gmail.com. Down payment is required upon completion of enrollment. If in cases that down payment is not yet available. 2,000 PHP non-refundable but deductible in the tuition fee may be deposited as a reservation fee in the school's account to secure your child/ren's slot.

6. Once the deposit slip has been received, the Business Office will confirm payment and notify parents that their child is officially enrolled.

For Returning Students

1. Fill out the Online Enrollment Form. The link will be sent to parents.

2. Upon completion of the Online Enrollment form, the tuition and registration fees schedule will be sent to the parents to choose their preferred schedule of payment: cash, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly.

3. Following the choice of Schedule of Payment, the Business Office will send the parents the school's account name and number for payment. Parents must deposit the payment to school's bank account and send the proof of payment via school's email address: camenrollment@gmail.com. Down payment is required upon completion of enrollment. If in cases that down payment is not yet available. 2,000 PHP non-refundable but deductible in the tuition fee may be deposited as a reservation fee in the school's account to secure your child/ren's slot.

  • Books are to be paid separately.

  • Note: All the information from the enrollment will be secured and only the business office and the principal will have access on them. All payment to be made online will be securely monitored by the Business Office.
